חבר אמר, לבושתי, אינני זוכר מי, יש לי כמה מועמדים שהוא מעדיף שיוצג כ’אפס נקודה משהו’ תרגום שלי של אמירתו, ממה שהוא, כדי שיימנע מהלחץ לפני, וכך יהיה לו יתרון בבחינת התוצאה לאחר המעשה.

לטעמי- פרקטיקה אופיינית לתפישת ערך עצמי נידפת.

שמציגים אותי. מעדיף להציג את עצמי, מריבוי סיבות.
כפאתט, מייחס לעצמי יכולת לפיצייח את פשטות האחר, ולא נותן לאחרים את הקרדיט שיפצחו את מורכבותי 🙂

ניתן לומר שגם הייצוג שלי על ידי עצמי הוא לא אמיתי, בהיותו מוצג על ידי.

נכון,
ועם זאת, אני עוסק בתפישת נוחותי מתוך האמת הנשקפת מהגזוזטרא שאני רואה אותה.
כך, לא עניין של אמת, של העדפה, את ייצוגי- אני מעדיף להציג בעצמי בפתטיותי, ללא הפתטיות של להתכנס לייצוגי על ידי אחר.

Dear Board Members and Rision stakeholders – here, we got lucky.  Beyond being one of my oldest friends, Yair had met K. and is very fund of her, and happened to be in between projects long enough to stay thru the translation (more as a favor) all the way to this week of meetings (which he undertook on behalf of not only me, but also B. K and the project and its potential). Yair, is NOT a “translator” or a “technical resource”.

Yair Dickmann built Israel’s first Western style well recognized state-of-the-art call center and customer service center for Orange Partner Communications when they launched in Israel.  He ran many others including Visa.  Yair ran one of the fastest growing Moving Companies in the US and consulted on systems for that industry.  He has built major divisions of Human Capital Management and Workforce deployments around the Globe, from Angola to Ukraine and has literally managed and optimized many thousands of contingent workers from National Lottery infrastructures to high tech and CRM Divisions.  He is known to all of the CEO’s or Owners at the organizations we visited, from being the first boss and mentor to the HR and Call Center Directors at the banks and the travel companies, to having employed someone at each of the companies, to personal relationships with many of Israel’s technology co CEOs.  As indicated above, these contacts begin at the Military and in the IDF, Yair was a Commander in the legendary 8200 Unit, which has been the breeding ground of most of Israel (and NASDAQ for that matter) Technology Successes.

As much as I am proud of my contacts capital and efforts, simply and irrefutably; Yair Dickmann is the singular reason Rision has the vast and enormous scale of immediate opportunity at the end of these ten days.
